1. GENERAL

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation and refund conditions for health tourism, consultancy, and organization services provided via Health in Clinica.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The services provided include:

  • Health tourism consultancy
  • Treatment planning
  • Appointment organization
  • Clinic and doctor coordination

The SELLER does not directly provide medical services; it acts as an intermediary and organizer.


3. PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

Payments are processed via online payment systems or payment links.

Payment infrastructure: iyzico

Any payment made by the BUYER:

  • Constitutes approval to initiate the service
  • Indicates acceptance of this policy and the Distance Sales Agreement

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

4.1 Cancellation Before Service Starts

If the BUYER requests cancellation before the service begins:
✔️ Full refund will be issued


4.2 After Planning Process Has Started

The service is considered initiated if any of the following actions have been taken:

  • Contact with doctor/clinic has been established
  • A treatment plan has been created
  • An appointment has been scheduled
  • Accommodation or transfer arrangements have been made

In such cases:
A partial refund may be issued after deducting operational costs


4.3 After Appointment Confirmation

If:

  • An appointment date has been scheduled
  • The clinic/operation plan has been finalized

No refund may be issued or significant deductions may apply


4.4 After Service Has Started

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • The patient has entered the travel process
  • Clinical services have begun
  • The medical procedure has been performed

No refund will be provided


5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Although a 14-day right of withdrawal exists under applicable consumer law, it does not apply in the following cases:

  • If the service has already started
  • If the service is personalized
  • If appointment or organizational processes have begun

6. REFUND PROCESS

Refund requests must be submitted in writing:

Approved refunds:

  • Will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Will be returned via the original payment method

7. FORCE MAJEURE

Flexibility may be provided in cases such as:

  • Health-related issues
  • Flight cancellations
  • Natural disasters

In such cases, refund or rescheduling options will be evaluated.


8. LIABILITY

Medical procedures are the responsibility of the relevant doctors and healthcare providers.
The SELLER acts solely as an intermediary and organizer.
