By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges that they are obliged to pay the order amount and any additional fees such as taxes or service charges.


2. DEFINITIONS

The definitions set forth in Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations shall apply.


3. SUBJECT

This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of services requested electronically by the BUYER via the website Health in Clinica.

The SELLER provides health tourism consultancy, organization, and intermediary services.


4. SERVICE INFORMATION

The scope, nature, and total price of the service are communicated to the BUYER prior to payment.


5. PAYMENT

Payments are made via the payment link or online payment system provided by the SELLER.

Payment infrastructure: iyzico

By completing the payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.


6. GENERAL PROVISIONS

6.1 The BUYER acknowledges that they are informed about the scope, price, and conditions of the service.

6.2 The service is considered initiated once the planning and organization process has started.

6.3 Medical services are provided by the relevant doctors and healthcare institutions; the SELLER acts only as an intermediary.


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of purchase.

However, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • If the service has already started
  • If an appointment has been scheduled
  • If a personalized treatment plan has been created
  • If the organization process has begun

In such cases, a refund may not be issued or a partial refund may be made after deducting operational costs.


8. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted to the SELLER in writing.

  • Cancellation before service starts: Full refund
  • Cancellation after planning starts: Partial refund may apply
  • After service has started: No refund

9. LIABILITY

The SELLER does not directly provide medical services.
Medical procedures are the responsibility of the relevant healthcare providers and doctors.


10. DEFAULT

In case the BUYER fails to fulfill payment obligations, the relevant provisions of applicable law shall apply.


11. COMPETENT COURT

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes.


12. EFFECTIVE DATE

By making the payment, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
